The Budget watermaker range is designed to meet the needs of cruising yachties on a budget. It relies upon the boat owner to monitor water production quality and to flush the unit regularly. The Budget watermaker is available in the following models 30L/HR, 60L/HR (Long), 60L/HR (Short). The Budget watermaker range can be run from a 2000W Inverter or small generator.
The Basic watermaker range is designed to provide the maximum amount of fresh potable water for a reasonable cost. It relies upon the boat owner to monitor water production quality and to flush the unit regularly. The Basic watermaker is available in the following models 30L/HR, 60L/HR, 90L/HR, 120L/HR and 180L/HR.
The Auto Flushing watermaker range is designed to provide all the water you want in a simple low maintenance configuration. The Auto Flushing watermaker is for boat owners that would rather be enjoying good company and beautiful scenery than maintaining their watermaker. The Auto Flushing watermaker is available in the following models 60L/HR, 90L/HR, 120L/HR, 180L/HR and 360L/HR.
Powergen also supplies 30L DC watermakers (12v or 24V). These units are super effecient, with the high pressure pump consuming only 125W of power and total consumption under 170W (14 amps at 12v) these units are imported from France and are backed up by a worldwide distribution network. These units weigh more, and cost more than the Budget range of watermakers but are ideal for DC only boats with a limited source of power.
